Teenage Love Part 4

William didn’t’ feel like going to school since the last confrontation , he felt too depressed to wake up and look at Viki and worse getting tangle up in his silly daydream again. When his maid knocked on the door and politely asked him to get ready for school, he just pull his blanket higher above his head and went back to sleep. After 10 minutes he could hear his mom screaming from downstairs.
“You have exactly have 15 minutes to get up or you will be sorry Will.”
Having no better option he forced himself off the bed and drag what weighted like 1000 pounds feet to bathroom. 10 minutes later he was ready and restlessly hung his backpack on his right shoulder and headed downstairs.
His mom was just about to slip out the door when she saw William sat on the couch.
” Well aren’t u a good boy now. Hush now go and have your breakfast and hurry along to school” said his mom in a very joyful singing voice.
William entered his dining room and saw his maid plastered a very warm smile on her winkled face. “Coffee as usual” and pour a cup full of coffee for him. William smiled and smelled the fresh coffee. “My sole energy boost” he thought and gulped down the drink.
He got into his maroon car turn on the engine. He was just about to back out the car when he heard, his maid called. He rolled down the window and saw Viki grinning from ear to ear beside his maid.
“So sorry! I am so not in the mood to walk today and plus my mom punished me to walk because I broke her statue” Viki said as she buckled her seat belt.
William smiled and drove to school. Every time William looked at her she will have the same cute smile on her face. He wishes she stop doing that coz he can’t concentrate in driving, but then again he don’t want her to stop either.

William and Viki both were walking to the Mrs. Marino’s office. As usual they broke into fight in the middle of the lab class. They of course broke a test tube and a glass rod. They were going to get a long detention despite being a prefect. Where else have u heard of prefects getting detention for breaking lab stuff and for choking each other
“Why did I even bother to ask you for help ?” Viki frowns as they made their way down the stone stairway.
“Well if you just listen to what I have to say-then this won’t be happening?” William said as he knocked on the mid-night painted door.
“Well excuse me for trying to be-“ Viki’s words were cut short, when they heard a stern voice said “Come In”
After 15 minutes of long lecture, they walked out the room feeling rage with anger and drenched with Mrs. Marino’s saliva.
“Ewww….I so gonna soak myself in “Dettol” Viki said as she walked side by side with William. William just smiled and watched Viki wiping her face with her blue handkerchief. It’s just amazing how fast they become friends again when just while ago they were at the brink of tearing of each others head.

“Its late you wanna go home with me?” William asked as they took their stuff out of their locker. He always knew he can never stand mad at Viki long. She looked up and smiled at him.
“Sure thank you very much” She said with a smile. They drove home in silence. The whole time Viki kept looking at the road. “Stop” she yelp suddenly. William stepped on his brakes and looked around. “What-what happened?”. He said as he looked at Viki. His eyes widened in shock.
“Oh nothing, just u know the game I play-she said pointing at the direction where Viki always plays her balancing game.- I thought we could try it out- u know just for fun?”.
She said looking a bit shy. William stares at her for a second before he unbuckled his seat belt.
”Ok if u wanna!” he said in fake “whatever” voice as he got out the car. He watched as Viki tried to balance her way at the edge of the sidewalk and chuckled as he watched her slip off the edge. She looked up and said: “Hey why don’t you try?”. William shook his head but Viki was already pulling him by the arm.
“Just follow me” She said as she put his left arm on her shoulder. William some how was stunned from touching her. It felt awkward. But he followed her, he felt what she felt. Fun. He followed Viki to the playground. Where there they tried to balance on the thin wood plank, it looks like the once the gymnastic uses. He felt it was harder to balance on it as it was much thinner and higher from the ground and his feet were too big. Viki giggled as she watched William tried to hold on to the plank like a monkey. Viki joined him on the plank when she felt pity for him. She giggled as she holds his hands to guide him. Suddenly he missed a step and tumbled forward into Viki’s arms. They stood hugging each other on the plank like idiots. Until Viki cleared her voice and pulled away. They stare at each other for a minute before William pulled Viki back into his arms again.
Then pulled his head back just a little to kiss her on the forehead. Then he slowly kissed his way to her lips. The kiss was passionate and long. By the time he pulled free they were both breathing hard. It was Viki who broke the hug and jumped down the plank. She looked confused, she open her mouth to say something but thought better of it and ran home.
Leaving William stunned and confused. He tried to call her the very night but she won’t pick up the phone.
William sat on his bed feeling confused and hurt by Viki’s reaction.
“Didn’t she like me?’ “Why did she run off like that?” “Did I hut her feeling?”. His head filled with millions of question and his heart aching for answer. Confused and hurt William slipped into a restless dream.
